Studio Etiquette

  • Please remove shoes before entering the studio
  • Stop by the front desk to say "Hi" and check in
  • Allow yourself to show up early and understand that once class begins, latecomers are not permitted
  • Leave bags and phones in the change room to allow for space to be tidy and your items dry (Use more than one locker if you need to)
  • Enter fresh and clean. Do not wear perfume or cologne. Deodorant is allowed
  • Wear comfortable clothing(similar to what you would wear to the gym just nothing too loose). It is also recommended to practice bare foot
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items

  • It is recommended to practice on an empty stomach (about 2-3 hours without eating before hand), if you forget eat something small like half a granola bar or banana
  • Please keep voices low when socializing in the lobby as other classes may still be in progress
  • Respect your limits. Acknowledge that your body and mind will feel different every day; listen to what your body tells you. Drink plenty of water after your practice and practice in your own time, following your own breath
  • Please refrain from unnecessary talking
  • Personal hygiene is an integral part of practicing yoga. Please ensure that you and your gear are clean
  • Please stay on your own mat and refrain from assisting other practitioners
  • Do your best to stay on your mat for the whole class, including your final savasana. The longer you lie down the more effective your nervous system will be at observing the practice.
